Job Overview

Vishnukrupa Creation is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Operator responsible for precise data input, maintenance of records, and fundamental Excel operations. The role demands speed, concentration, and thoroughness.

Key Duties

• Enter and update data accurately within company software and spreadsheets.
• Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
• Verify and cross-check data to ensure correctness.
• Create basic reports and summaries as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments for data acquisition and follow-up.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all data.
• Assist administrative and back-office teams with pertinent tasks.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Typing speed of at least 35 to 40 words per minute.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Word.
• Knowledge of fundamental Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, filtering, and formatting.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks consistently.
• Effective time management to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic proficiency in English reading and writing.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is 15000 to 25000 INR per month.
