About the Role
We are concluding our recruitment to hire a Data Entry Specialist focused on Human Resources and General Administration. The chosen candidate will assist in updating and organizing databases, recording and verifying information, managing digital files, creating reports, capturing documents, and monitoring administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR-related databases accurately.
- Record and validate diverse information efficiently.
- Control and organize digital employee files.
- Prepare detailed reports as required.
- Capture and process documentation relevant to HR and administration.
- Follow up on administrative processes to ensure completion.

Work Arrangement
You can work in a hybrid model with scheduled office attendance located in the Paseo de la Reforma area, Mexico City, or opt for a fully remote position working from home.
