This position is based in Bremen or Friedrichshafen.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Analyze complex databases, data streams, and large volumes of data to extract valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop, implement, and fine-tune algorithms and analytical models to enhance existing business processes.
• Detect patterns, trends, and potential areas for optimization in both structured and unstructured data sets.
• Utilize contemporary data science and machine learning tools to build innovative, data-centered solutions.
• Communicate analytical results clearly and effectively to support stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in handling large datasets and familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R and experience with prevalent data science frameworks.
• Experience in algorithm development and application, preferably with exposure to machine learning methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English is required.
