Database & Application Specialist

Overview

Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced Database & Application Specialist to manage the operations and maintenance of roads and municipal facilities in Riyadh. The candidate will play a pivotal role in programming, designing, and managing database systems and applications dedicated to road maintenance data management and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and program database management systems to ensure security and optimal performance for road maintenance information.
• Design and build specialized databases to effectively handle and analyze data tied to road operations and municipal facility upkeep.
• Architect and develop network infrastructure that supports database operations and robust data connectivity.
• Develop and manage comprehensive database architectures suitable for complex road and municipal facility data environments.
• Oversee the creation of web applications customized for efficient project management of maintenance operations.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals, delivering quality results.
• Monitor data integrity, system performance, and project metrics continuously.
• Update and manage the project data dashboard, providing stakeholders with real-time insights for informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in database system design and management related to operations and maintenance projects.
• In-depth expertise in network design and database architecture.
• Proven proficiency in web application development for project management purposes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with precise attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with team members and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience specifically with road and municipal facility maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and analytics methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in database management, network design, or web development are preferred.
