Role overview
This position supports a luxury hospitality operation in Saudi Arabia by handling daily audit and finance tasks with accuracy, discretion, and strong service awareness. The role is centered on reviewing financial activity, maintaining records, safeguarding cash, and preparing reports that help keep accounting data reliable and compliant.
Key duties
- Verify calculations, entries, and supporting documents to ensure they are correct.
- Work with computerized financial records by recording, storing, retrieving, and analyzing data.
- Protect cash and cash equivalents in line with property cash-handling rules and procedures.
- Keep files and records organized, secure, and maintained according to retention and confidentiality standards.
- Prepare, update, share, and review statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Audit financial and payroll reports and reconcile all revenue postings.
- Follow all safety and security requirements, and report incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
- Remain alert to suspicious or unwanted persons on the property and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and protect confidential information, company assets, and the privacy of guests and colleagues.
- Greet guests warmly, respond to service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express appreciation in line with brand standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, including when preparing written materials and answering calls.
- Build positive working relationships, support team objectives, listen carefully, and respond constructively to coworkers’ concerns.
- Meet quality assurance expectations and carry out other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED-equivalent education.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures, maintain confidentiality, and manage basic physical tasks such as moving items up to 10 pounds.
- Professional communication skills and comfort working in a guest-facing hospitality environment.
