The Prosperia Group is hiring a Delivery Boy based in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role involves safely collecting and delivering customer orders in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect orders from designated stores or hubs assigned via the company's mobile application.
• Deliver items confidently and punctually to customers, ensuring orders remain intact and undamaged.
• Navigate programmed delivery routes using the supporting mobile app.
• Maintain courteous and professional interaction with all customers during deliveries.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and internal safety protocols while on delivery duty.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of delivery bags and transportation vehicles.
• Promptly report any delivery complications or technical difficulties with the delivery app to the support team for resolution.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 10th grade.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Salary

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between INR 45,000 and INR 77,000.
