About the Role

Join Blinkit as a Delivery Boy responsible for picking grocery or parcel orders from Blinkit's dark store and delivering them efficiently to customers, aiming to complete deliveries within 10 to 20 minutes.

Work Details

• Position available as full-time or part-time with flexible shifts covering morning, evening, and night hours.
• Primarily field-based work requiring use of a bike or scooter.
• Use the Blinkit Partner App to manage deliveries and maintain customer ratings and timely service.

Compensation

• Earnings are calculated per order plus performance incentives.
• Average income per order ranges between ₹20 and ₹35.
• Typical monthly earnings range from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 with normal full-time effort.
• High performers working long hours can earn between ₹40,000 and ₹70,000, with possibilities above ₹80,000 when heavily involved and incentivized.

Important: Income is variable and depends on order availability, location demand, working hours, and personal fuel costs, as this is gig-based rather than a fixed salary.

Workload and Earnings Example

Completing 30 orders at ₹25 each plus incentives of ₹200–₹500 results in daily earnings approximately ₹900 to ₹1,200. Working 26 days a month can yield a monthly income between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000.

• Must possess a bike and a valid driving license.
• Own an Android smartphone.
• Hold Aadhaar, PAN, and a valid bank account.
• Be at least 18 years old.
