  • Ensure raw materials comply with relevant industry standards and keep abreast of evolving quality protocols specific to solar cell manufacturing.
  • Provide practical, on-the-job training to production staff to uphold uniform quality standards across all shifts and lines.
  • Contribute to identifying and executing process enhancements through collaboration with the IPQA team and participate in quality improvement projects.
  • Coordinate internally with cluster management, quality assurance teams, production supervisors, maintenance, and process improvement units, as well as externally liaising with equipment suppliers, quality consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Technical and Professional Skills

  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tailored to solar manufacturing processes.
  • Expertise in In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) within solar manufacturing.
