Role Overview

As the digital business expands, MAAP seeks a remarkable Digital Designer responsible for shaping the online experience of millions of customers. Reporting to the VP of eCommerce and receiving creative direction from the Chief Creative Officer, you will spearhead the creative execution of MAAP's digital customer journey across all online touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional digital experiences across MAAP's worldwide eCommerce platform.
• Create compelling homepage, collection, product, and editorial content that motivates customers and enhances commercial outcomes.
• Produce digital creative assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, emails, landing pages, and promotions.
• Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces for both desktop and mobile users.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interface concepts utilizing Figma.
• Refine customer journeys based on behavioural insights, analytics, and testing.
• Advance MAAP's digital design system and maintain the component library.
• Deliver production-ready creative assets while upholding high design standards.
• Collaborate with teams across eCommerce, Marketing, Creative, and external development partners to ensure a premium brand experience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly creative digital designer who understands how design creates both emotional appeal and commercial success. You have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional websites, digital campaigns, and eCommerce designs.

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Digital, eCommerce, or UI Design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extensive experience designing responsive digital experiences for desktop and mobile.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UX, UI, digital merchandising, and eCommerce best practices.
• Excellent skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Additional advantageous experience includes working with premium consumer, fashion, sports or lifestyle brands; Shopify or Shopify Plus platform knowledge; familiarity with customer behavior platforms such as ContentSquare, Hotjar, or FullStory; knowledge of GA4 and digital performance reporting; experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization; coordinating with external development agencies; and understanding front-end development principles (coding not required).
