Diploma Engineer - Project Execution

Overview

This role is focused on project execution at industrial sites primarily situated in and around Chennai, Pondicherry, and Cuddalore. The candidate will be responsible for executing erection of pipelines and equipment while liaising directly with customers and contractors to meet project goals on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise project execution in various industrial environments.
• Handle coordination and communication with customers for new project onboarding and execution.
• Understand requirements, bill of quantities (BOQ), dispatch schedules, and project deadlines.
• Work closely with contractors to ensure smooth job execution.
• Prevent material shortages through effective planning and implement cost-efficient execution methods.
• Manage materials and workforce efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• At least one year of experience in project pipeline execution or erection work related to boilers or water treatment plants (WTP).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as the job requires extensive site visits.
