Role Summary
We are seeking Diploma Engineer Trainees to join the H125 Helicopter Final Assembly Line (FAL) located at our facility in Vemagal, Karnataka.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 60% in 10th grade
- Minimum 60% in 12th grade
- Diploma degree holders with at least 70% marks
- Discipline: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Graduating pass-out year 2026
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Working Conditions
Currently, the role operates on a 5-day workweek, with potential flexibility to extend to a 6-day week based on future business needs.
Compensation and Location
- CTC: ₹3.25 Lakhs per annum (includes fixed and variable components)
- Worksite: Vemagal, Karnataka
