About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple distribution centers based in Atlanta, GA. This role demands overseeing diverse teams across locations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence according to high industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate managers across multiple sites, fostering a strong performance-driven culture.
• Build and nurture teams at each distribution facility, supporting professional growth at all levels.
• Serve as a vital connection between distribution centers and senior leadership to ensure success and growth.
• Develop and maintain strong networks within functional departments across the company.
• Work closely with management on career growth and development, benefiting from numerous educational programs offered.
• Structure business units with entrepreneurial autonomy to deliver measurable results.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• MBA or comparable advanced education is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in strategy development and execution, operations management, or organizational design and implementation.
• Preferred experience includes background as a management consultant or a strategic role in a supply chain function.
