Job Summary

The Dispatcher - Driver Support Coordinator is responsible for managing and facilitating the logistics of patient deliveries. This role includes coordinating delivery routes and schedules, assembling orders, processing payments, and maintaining effective communication with drivers to ensure timely and safe completion of routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule delivery routes, prepare orders, and handle payment processing.
  • Generate transportation manifests and necessary documentation for patient deliveries.
  • Respond to dispatch or driver-related inquiries over the phone with a positive and helpful demeanor.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and relevant state laws concerning medical cannabis and delivery regulations.
  • Monitor routing software and maintain constant communication with drivers, providing support during deliveries.
