About the Role

A prominent Regional Contractor located in Bristol is looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller. This opportunity is within one of the UK's leading construction firms, renowned for its excellent reputation. The Document Controller position is crucial in supporting both site and design teams in managing project documentation.

This contractor focuses on high-quality projects including education, healthcare, leisure, and industrial new builds and refurbishments. These projects can be valued up to 30 million nationwide, serving both private clients and framework agreements. This is a permanent role based at the Bristol office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation to ensure accurate filing according to company standards.
• Provide training on Common Data Environment (CDE) systems to clients and stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain and administer document management systems throughout project lifecycles, including archiving, generating reports, and verifying the availability of the latest document versions.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with document management platforms such as Procore, Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office tools is essential.
• Proven background working on construction projects of similar scale and value.
• Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail are critical.
