Dynatrace Developer

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Observability Engineer with around 5 years of experience to join our team. This role involves managing and improving our enterprise monitoring solutions to boost system transparency and stability. Collaboration with engineering groups to enhance automation and application uptime is key.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum of five years specializing in performance monitoring and observability engineering.
• Expertise in setting up, managing, and debugging Dynatrace and other Application Performance Monitoring platforms.
• Hands-on experience in using OpenTelemetry to instrument multiple data inputs and route traces, metrics, and logs appropriately.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell for automation purposes.
• Experience working alongside Site Reliability Engineering teams to establish and monitor Service Level Objectives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of monitoring within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Acquaintance with ServiceNow integration, especially using CMDB for contextualizing alerts.
• Possession of Dynatrace Associate or Professional certifications is advantageous.
