Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

D S Engineering Company seeks a skilled and responsible Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operation and upkeep of Electrical and Mechanical services across project sites. This role involves managing maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of various electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations efficiently.
• Lead and supervise electricians, technicians, and other site personnel.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of Electrical & Mechanical setups including HT/LT Panels, DG Sets, Transformers, HVAC, pumps, street lighting, fire fighting systems, CCTV, and other related equipment.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with client representatives and project engineers to align activities.
• Maintain comprehensive records such as daily reports, attendance logs, and maintenance documentation.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Plan materials and execute site work effectively according to requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Electrical Maintenance and Site Supervision.
• Preference for candidates experienced in maintaining Government/CPWD/E&M projects.
• Proficient with maintaining and troubleshooting HT/LT Panels, DG Sets, Transformers, HVAC, pumps, street lighting, fire fighting systems, CCTV, among others.
• Good communication skills and ability to create detailed reports.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel and Word is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Job location will be based on various company project sites.
• Salary is negotiable depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience, approximately between 12000 to 16000 INR per month.
• Candidates must bring an updated resume, educational certificates, experience certificates, identification proof, and passport-sized photographs to the interview.

Note

Preference will be extended to those with experience in government or CPWD E&M maintenance projects.
