Environmental Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Environmental Specialist to become part of our environmental consultancy team. This role involves providing expert environmental consultancy services, preparing detailed technical studies, ensuring adherence to Saudi Arabian environmental laws, and aiding project implementation across different sectors.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Management Plans (EMP), and similar environmental documentation compliant with national regulations.
• Perform environmental evaluations, including on-site inspections and technical assessments.
• Create and present technical and financial proposals for projects in the public and private domains.
• Submit technical proposals via the Etimad platform accurately.
• Ensure all activities comply with standards set by NCEC, MWAN, and other relevant authorities.
• Prepare necessary documents for environmental permits and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate closely with clients, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders involved in projects.
• Generate comprehensive technical reports, deliver presentations, and manage project-related records effectively.
• Support environmental monitoring operations, waste management strategies, audits, and compliance verifications.
• Contribute to project planning and scheduling efforts to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Continuously update knowledge on Saudi Arabia’s environmental legislations, policies, and emerging best practices.
