Job Responsibilities

• Design, install, test, commission, and maintain both AC and DC EV charging stations.
• Create electrical layouts, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and necessary technical documents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chargers, electrical components, networking, and communications promptly.
• Respond quickly to service calls ensuring minimal downtime and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to address technical challenges efficiently.
• Monitor charging station performance through CMS platforms and carry out preventive as well as corrective maintenance.
• Perform site surveys to evaluate and recommend electrical infrastructure needs.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Liaise with electricity distribution companies (DISCOMs), contractors, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Prepare detailed reports covering installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing activities.
• Support project execution phases from initial planning to final handover.
• Manage inventory of service tools, spare parts, and accessories efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service while upholding high standards of technical support.

Candidate Profile

• Solid understanding of AC and DC EV chargers, electrical systems including MCCBs, MCBs, RCBOs, panel boards, transformers, and cable sizing methodologies.
• Practical experience in installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting EV charging stations is highly preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting and preparing electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and managing site execution.
• Knowledge of EV charger communication management systems (CMS) and OCPP protocols is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
• Capable of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English and Hindi languages.
• Willingness to travel frequently for project implementation and service support tasks.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to work and problem resolution.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler is preferred.
