Role Overview
The Executive Assistant role offers part-time, on-site support to the senior leadership team in London. This position requires managing executives' calendars, arranging meetings, coordinating travel plans, and handling both internal and external communications efficiently. The assistant will prepare documents, presentations, and reports, keep records organized, and aid project coordination and follow-up activities. Responsibilities also include liaising with partners, collaborators, and talent, supporting event logistics, and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic, creative setting. Adaptability to shifting priorities and a commitment to the company’s inclusive values are essential.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong expertise in administrative support, calendar organization, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of professional interaction with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in office software tools including email clients, spreadsheets, and presentation programs; able to support project coordination.
- Meticulous attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and dependable time management.
- Experience within creative, media, or film production sectors and familiarity with event or production logistics is advantageous.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a London-based onsite environment, take initiative, and uphold an inclusive and equitable workplace ethos.
- Relevant education or previous experience in administrative support, office management, or related areas is desirable.
