About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support at a leading global financial services firm located on Victoria Embankment. The role is a contract position expected to last between 12 to 14 months and requires onsite presence Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer comprehensive executive support including managing intricate schedules, prioritizing communication, and coordinating meetings involving diverse stakeholders.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, keep organizational charts and executive biographies up to date, and manage office supply needs.
  • Develop strong working relationships across departments, produce professional correspondence, and proactively support projects and daily priorities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Extensive prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Managing Director level executives or above in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex diary management, multi-layered travel coordination, and executive meeting planning amidst competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized and proactive approach with the foresight to anticipate needs and deliver high-quality work.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and detail-oriented personality suited to thriving in a fast-paced team setting.

Additional Information
