Executive - Distribution Center

Role purpose

This position exists to make sure fresh products are published on the website on time, with accurate attributes and correct images.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the brands team to gather the list of newly added products that need to be uploaded online.
• Compile product details from all brands and send the consolidated list to the studio team every week.
• Verify that product data, categorization, and imagery are correct before items go live on the website.
• Track reshoots and ensure any items requiring a new shoot are passed to the appropriate studio team and completed quickly and efficiently.
• Help maintain a smooth flow of samples between brand teams, inventory, and the studio while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and accuracy requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the studio timetable.
• Assist the Buyer & Merchandising Manager in preparing business reports.
