Role Overview

This position is focused on formulation technology transfer, process development support, and manufacturing science/technology activities. The selected candidate will work closely with the F&D team and plant functions to support demo, scale-up, exhibit, and commercial batch activities for solid oral dosage forms.

Responsibilities

• Receive the technology package from the F&D team and fully understand the process details.
• Support optimization of process parameters and participate in R&D trial runs.
• Coordinate technology transfer from R&D to the receiving site for the assigned product.
• Track and review technology transfer demo, exhibit, scale-up, and optimization batches.
• Examine the technical information sheet, product dossier details, and requirements for raw materials, accessories, and equipment for plant trials, scale-up batches, and exhibit batches.
• Recommend and finalize batch sizes for demo, scale-up, exhibit, and commercial batches based on equipment capacity, qualification status, scale-up calculations, and annual demand.
• Participate in demo batches along with the F&D team and observe the execution closely.
• Carry out scale-up batches at manufacturing sites and prepare related documents such as batch protocols, scale-up reports, MFC, sampling protocols, and risk assessments.
• Execute exhibit batches at manufacturing locations and handle troubleshooting during batch execution.
• Compile summary reports for the work performed.
• Investigate deviations, OOS, and OOT events observed during scale-up or exhibit batches at plant level and prepare responses to agency queries.

Only M.Pharm candidates are eligible to apply. B.Tech and B.E. graduates are not eligible for this role.
