Executive - Logistics and Transportation

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Executive to manage coordination and oversight of transportation and logistics operations efficiently. This role involves working closely with transportation vendors, operations, and procurement departments to ensure seamless operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with transportation service providers, operations, and procurement teams to maintain smooth logistics processes.
• Track daily transportation activities and compile Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Address and resolve any operational glitches or vendor-related challenges swiftly.
• Guarantee delivery of transportation services within agreed timelines and commitments.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Utilize MS Excel for detailed data analysis, reporting, and monitoring, including functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Filters.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 1 to 2 years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or operations.
• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English and at least one regional language.
• Intermediate expertise in MS Excel and general MS Office applications.
• Strong capabilities in coordination, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.
