Job description
Role Overview and Key Duties
This position involves comprehensive support and oversight of the NUHS Primary Care Network (PCN) operations and administration within a specified region. The executive will manage engagements with current and potential general practitioners (GPs) for enrolment purposes and coordinate training and Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions. Responsibilities include liaising with service providers for ancillary services and managing service agreements, as well as handling COVID-19 related activities and initiatives related to right-siting and sub-drug issues.
The role also encompasses administrative oversight such as organizing quarterly meetings and acting as the secretariat, managing data collection, overseeing PCN-related claims and reimbursements, coordinating patient tagging to the PCN program and GPs, and supporting quality improvement projects.
PCN and Family Medicine Clinics (FMC) Responsibilities
The candidate will administer partnerships with Family Medicine Clinic partners, assist with FMC administrative tasks, collaborate with FMCs as service providers for NUHS PCN, and supervise audits related to PCN and FMC operations.
Healthier SG Initiatives
The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to facilitate and support developments and initiatives under the Healthier SG program as necessary.
Additional Duties
Other assignments may be delegated to support the broader objectives of the organization.
