Job Description

The role involves supporting initiatives related to sales advisory governance, conduct, and regulatory reporting, specifically including ICCSC-related submissions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales Excellence Assurance, Compliance, and frontline teams to enhance oversight of sales advisory activities. This position requires ensuring that all reporting to internal governance and regulatory bodies is timely, accurate, and effective. The candidate will analyze data and create insightful reports to aid governance forums and senior management updates. Additionally, active participation in governance dialogues and stakeholder engagements to improve sales conduct and risk awareness is essential. Support for ongoing improvements in oversight, governance processes, and reporting frameworks related to sales conduct is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Preferably at least two years of exposure—through education, internships, or work—in governance, compliance, risk management, audit, controls, regulatory reporting, or insurance sales governance, although not mandatory.
• Strong interest in insurance sales governance, regulatory compliance, and promoting positive customer outcomes is encouraged.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle data, detect trends, and produce insightful reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with data visualization or dashboard tools is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards with appropriate guidance.
• A proactive, curious, humble learner ready to adapt within a dynamic and changing environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to collaborate across business, risk, and compliance departments.
