Job Overview

This full-time position based in Lahore involves hands-on farming responsibilities carried out on-site. The farmer will manage daily operations including soil preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilizing, and pest control in line with established guidelines. Responsibilities also include monitoring crop vitality, timely harvesting, and assisting with post-harvest processing and storage to preserve produce quality. Operating basic farming machinery and tools safely, maintaining cleanliness and organization across farm facilities, and adhering strictly to safety measures are integral to the role. Accurate documentation of daily tasks, reporting issues to supervisors, and collaborating effectively with colleagues to reach production objectives are also required.

Required Qualifications

• Experience performing core farming activities such as land preparation, sowing, watering, and crop harvesting.
• Ability to safely operate fundamental farm equipment with a willingness to learn new tools as necessary.
• Familiarity with crop maintenance practices including pest management, fertilization, and soil care is beneficial.
• Physical capacity to work outdoors for extended hours under different weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable execution of instructions, and adherence to safety protocols.
