Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations of Food and Beverage outlets.
• Effectively communicate and delegate duties to team members.
• Ensure adherence to brand and quality standards.
• Address guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Advocate for team needs within the department.
• Support Food and Beverage management in reaching financial objectives.
• Assist in training and professional development of staff members.
• Participate in conducting annual and mid-year performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire safety, and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain environmental awareness in operations.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary and foster positive working relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Food and Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for teamwork.
• Attention to detail aimed at operational excellence.
• Exceptional skills in guest service and satisfaction.
