About Scale Invest and Role Overview

Scale Invest is a dynamic and expanding Single Family Office pioneering a new generation of family offices. All profits generated from our Real Estate, Ventures, and Capital divisions are reinvested back into the startup ecosystem. As a Founders Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our team, gaining exciting exposure to investments as well as startups and growth companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our investment team to advance the development of portfolio companies.
• Directly support the founding teams within our portfolio companies on strategic and operational challenges.
• Develop and implement growth strategies in close partnership with startup management.
• Identify and execute new business models, market opportunities, and scaling approaches.
• Analyze company performance metrics and recommend optimization measures.
• Assist with fundraising efforts, business development, and market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least three years of professional experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience in building companies or business units.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with a hands-on approach.
• High motivation to take ownership and excel in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in German and English with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
