Job Overview

As the Founding AI Engineer at Tyle, you will take full ownership of designing and scaling the core computer vision system from the ground up. Your responsibilities will span the entire process, including signal acquisition, data curation, and building multimodal AI models capable of analyzing biological data. You will play an essential role alongside a high-caliber founding team to build the backbone for a new class of preventive healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the complete computer vision architecture that processes raw sensor inputs into actionable biological insights suitable for production.
• Implement state-of-the-art multimodal AI techniques and translate academic research into robust, real-world clinical applications.
• Create scalable data infrastructure and training workflows to support the growth and ongoing refinement of longitudinal health intelligence models.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Expertise in developing, training, and deploying computer vision or multimodal AI models that have been validated in real production environments.
• Ability to quickly adapt research findings into working prototypes, maintaining a balance between scientific excellence and startup agility.
• Comfortable navigating a broad scope of responsibilities including model development, integration with hardware systems, and shaping high-level technical strategies in a hands-on fashion.
