Role Overview

We seek a talented freelance Presentation Designer to craft refined, impactful presentations for real-world applications. This position involves applying expertise in visual communication, storytelling, and information design to generate clear and engaging presentations. This part-time remote role suits creative professionals experienced in visual storytelling and design.

Primary Duties

Create pitch decks and professional one-pagers that resonate with targeted audiences and high-stake settings.
Transform complex data and narratives into concise visual stories, emphasizing minimalism and clear hierarchy.
Enhance presentations with custom typography, sophisticated animations, and consistent visual branding.
Maintain a polished and persuasive corporate-creative aesthetic throughout all deliverables.
Conduct thorough validation ensuring visual alignment, pacing, and strict brand compliance before final submission.

Getting Started

Applicants will undergo qualification evaluations and, upon successful selection, collaborate on projects matching their skills at their preferred pace.

Qualifications

Preferably minimum two years of relevant experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
Academic credentials such as a Bachelor's or Master's in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative disciplines are advantageous.

Experience and Portfolio

Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations beyond basic templates. Proficiency in pacing, storytelling, and information design is critical, alongside a detail-oriented, self-directed work approach to convert complex materials into premium visuals.

Technical Expertise

Advanced skills in presentation software like PowerPoint and Keynote to build complex, animated decks.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphics and layouts.
Competence in data and information design to represent multi-layered content simply and effectively.
Expertise in typography and animation to deliver premium, smooth visual experiences.

Additional Requirements

Experience producing elevated corporate-creative style layouts.
Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to visual excellence.
Ability to independently resolve design challenges.
Proficient English communication skills at upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Submission of a portfolio link with relevant high-quality presentations is mandatory; applications lacking this will not be reviewed.

Workload and Compensation

Active project phases typically require approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, though this varies with project demands. Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour contingent on expertise and productivity. Payment rates may differ across various projects offered through the platform.
