Key Duties

• Coordinate shipment schedules with shippers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics.
• Establish and maintain a dependable network of carriers.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and contract terms.

• Communicate clearly with customers to provide timely shipment updates.
• Adhere to U.S. freight transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Keep thorough documentation and maintain accurate reporting records.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in freight brokerage or logistics within the U.S. market.
• Comprehensive understanding of freight processes, systems, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency working with load boards, freight management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
