Role Overview

This is a full-stack development role based in Pune, where you will work across the front end, back end, and database layers of assigned tasks. The position calls for someone who can move comfortably between technologies, handle changing priorities, and contribute to development from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned features or tasks from start to finish, covering user interface, server-side logic, and database work.
• Prepare and execute unit tests based on the defined test scenarios.
• Translate requirements into technical documentation and development timelines.
• Reprioritize and manage work effectively when business needs shift.
• Work within an agile development environment and follow agile practices.
• Adapt quickly across tools, technologies, and business domains.
• Continuously learn new platforms, technologies, and development tools.
• Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and improve performance where needed.
• Design both client-side and server-side application architecture and build reliable APIs.
• Spot performance constraints and apply practical solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with databases, including SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Comfort working with at least one front-end stack such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular.
• Working knowledge of at least one back-end technology such as PHP, ASP.NET, Node.js, Spring Boot, or Laravel.
• Ability to understand complex business logic and adapt solutions to customized client requirements.
• Good learning speed and the ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
• Flexibility to work with rapidly evolving technologies.
• Consistent focus on deadlines, task clarity, and standard professional expectations.
