Role Overview

The Quality Control Lead will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and improving quality control practices across the business unit. The role focuses on making sure all projects follow company standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulations while staying on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and ongoing management of quality control systems across the business unit.
• Ensure every project meets internal quality benchmarks, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Work with project teams to manage material testing, quality checks, and compliance with approved quality plans.
• Use NCRs to strengthen compliance and build corrective actions that reduce repeated quality issues.
• Identify training gaps and run structured programs to improve team capability in quality practices.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization or a Diploma in any specialization may apply.
