The Global Influencer Lead will helm the creation and management of an elite global influencer framework, fostering a connected network of creators, celebrities, ambassadors, and affiliates across over 100 markets. This position is central to setting the creative vision, strategic approach, governance, partnerships, and operational model that enable the brand to identify, nurture, and activate talent at all levels—elevating influencer marketing into a scalable and continuous capability.
Based at our London Farringdon office within the Global Social team, you will construct an ecosystem of creators instrumental in our largest product launches, significant cultural occasions, and delivering measurable earned media and commercial results across all De’Longhi Group brands.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and steer the global influencer strategy for all De’Longhi Group brands.
- Establish a sustainable and diverse creator ecosystem encompassing celebrities, macro, mid-tier, and micro-influencers, ambassadors, and affiliate partners.
- Craft influencer initiatives that bolster key product launches, cultural events, and ongoing brand storytelling.
- Align and design annual influencer roadmaps with overarching business objectives.
- Oversee agency partnerships, manage RFP processes, and define global operational playbooks and standards.
- Institute measurement frameworks and reporting processes to assess influencer impact.
- Lead and mentor one direct report within the Global Influencer & Creator team.
- Implement clear working procedures, prioritization, and skill development to build an effective creator function.
- Drive robust measurement models demonstrating clear commercial outcomes.
- Enhance De'Longhi Group's reputation as a creator-centric brand.
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrable success in leading influencer marketing at a global brand or agency scale.
- Proven experience establishing creator programs internationally across multiple markets.
- Strong knowledge of creator economy trends and dynamics.
- Background working with celebrity talent and managing complex partnerships.
- Extensive experience in managing agency relationships and global marketing budgets.
- Commercially and analytically strong with proficiencies in affiliate marketing and platforms such as TikTok Shop.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities.

Additional Information
This opportunity is a fixed-term contract for one year covering maternity leave. Located at our Social Media Hub in Farringdon, London, the role supports a flexible hybrid working model, typically involving three days onsite and two days remote. The position involves regular travel to Italy and occasional international trips.
