Key Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair faults in laptops and desktop computers.
• Install Windows operating systems, necessary drivers, and various software applications.
• Upgrade hardware components including RAM, SSDs, and others as required.
• Troubleshoot both hardware and software-related problems efficiently.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and perform quality assurance checks to ensure device reliability.
