Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital & Research Center in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will manage manpower, ensure maintenance of cleaning instruments, handle waste segregation, coordinate procurement, conduct training, and perform detailed inspections across floors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the housekeeping workforce effectively.
• Inspect and maintain housekeeping tools and instruments to ensure proper working condition.
• Manage segregation and disposal of scrap and waste materials in compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate the purchase of materials required for the housekeeping department.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for housekeeping staff to maintain service standards.
• Perform thorough rounds of each floor to monitor cleanliness and operations.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 21000 and 32000 INR.
