About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Operations Manager to join a fast-growing commercial organisation based in Singapore. This pivotal leadership position will oversee a diverse team responsible for service management, cloud and infrastructure, workplace technology, and venue operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage physical venue technology including network functionality, Wi-Fi systems, and support for event-related technology, serving as the main IT liaison for Facilities concerning all venue technology systems.
  • Oversee workplace technology operations such as end-user computing, device provisioning, Intune administration, and onboarding IT setup, ensuring seamless daily support in collaboration with the helpdesk team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership in IT operations, infrastructure management, or service management domains.
