Integration / API Specialist

Job Overview

The Integration/API Specialist is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining APIs and integration services, ensuring smooth interactions between internal enterprise systems and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration solutions.
• Administer and enhance API gateways, middleware components, and microservices.
• Maintain security, scalability, and robust performance of all integration layers.
• Work closely with business analysts and fellow developers to facilitate system interoperability.
• Continuously monitor for integration errors and perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Create comprehensive documentation for API definitions and integration processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience specializing in integration development and API management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Azure Integration Services, particularly Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Must currently reside within Qatar.

Preferred Certification

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) credential is an advantage.
