Interior Fit-Out Draftsman (Revit)

About the Role

Open Limits Design for Trading and Contracting is looking for a competent Interior Fit-Out Draftsman to join their team located in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing comprehensive interior fit-out drawings primarily using Revit software while coordinating with multiple disciplines including architectural, MEP, and structural teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed interior fit-out plans utilizing Revit.
• Develop construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural departments to ensure drawing integration.
• Produce intricate joinery and interior fit-out details aligned with project requirements.
• Maintain drawing standards and verify compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an Interior Fit-Out Draftsman is essential.
• Expert skills in Revit are required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD application.
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, joinery, materials, and fit-out construction techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and generate accurate representations.
• High attention to detail and capability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working on residential and commercial interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Current resident of Qatar holding a valid Qatar ID (QID).
