This role is based in a hybrid work model requiring at least three onsite days per week in the Atlanta, Dallas, or Seattle offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor and advocate for internal Salesforce employees.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate screening to offer acceptance.
• Guide internal candidates and hiring managers on recruiting procedures and policies.
• Contribute to the execution of global recruiting initiatives to enhance talent acquisition programs.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified internal candidates to meet hiring demands.
• Develop a deep understanding of talent community profiles to align candidates with suitable roles.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Headcount Management, Compensation, and Employee Success to streamline recruitment workflows.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, with internal recruitment preferred.
• Demonstrated success in engaging clients and building strong relationships within a matrixed organization.
• Experience influencing senior hiring managers and executives through partnership and collaboration.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience as a plus.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Additional evaluation will consider alignment with company values through extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer work, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $142,300, excluding bonuses, incentives, equity, or benefits.
