Job Summary

The role entails engaging with international clientele to drive sales of insurance products, managing communications, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Located in Gurugram, the position offers a competitive annual package of 3-4 LPA plus incentives and welcomes candidates with 0-5 years of experience who hold at least a graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international customers using calls, emails, and chats.
• Present and clarify insurance products and services to prospective clients.
• Consistently meet monthly sales targets contributing to company revenue expansion.
• Conduct ongoing follow-ups to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Address objections, resolve queries promptly, and cultivate enduring client relationships.
