International Voice Process – Customer Support Associate

Trinity SkillWorks Private Limited is seeking dedicated and energetic individuals for the position of Customer Support Associate in their International Voice Process located in Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala. This full-time role requires working from the office with rotational shifts focused mainly on night hours. Monthly compensation ranges from ₹19,000 to ₹25,000, based on experience, communication skills, and interview outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers internationally.
• Identify customer concerns clearly and deliver precise solutions.
• Provide fundamental technical support related to Windows PCs, Mac devices, and mobile gadgets.
• Assist customers with product installation, removal, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and courteous communication throughout all interactions.
• Escalate cases that are unresolved or technically complex to the designated team.
• Keep accurate records of customer communications, problems encountered, and solutions provided.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data security protocols.

Candidate Eligibility

• Possession of any recognized undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, or equivalent degree.
• Strong spoken English and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Preferable English proficiency at CEFR or Berlitz B2 level.
• Basic familiarity with computer and mobile technologies and troubleshooting.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced applicants.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Comfortable managing inbound international voice calls.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights.
• Capable of commuting to and working from the Kakkanad office.
