The main focus of the role is to help the Operations Manager maintain accurate stock records by reconciling warehouse movements in the system against physical inventory, carrying out cycle counts, completing monthly stock takes, and supporting compliance activities.

About the employer

It is recognized as a major employer worldwide and a leader in contract logistics, international express delivery, forwarding, and secure digital communication. • Keep warehouse zone inventory physically aligned with system quantities and support the maintenance of product quality standards.
  • Enter nonconformance details in the WMS when stock is misplaced or storage bins do not match, and share a weekly aging report with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Escalate any stock losses or other nonconformities to the Operations Manager immediately so investigations and closure can begin without delay.

  • Take full accountability for safety at workstations and maintain a zero lost-time accident approach.
  • Use assigned equipment, including desktops and laptops, responsibly and safely.
  • Maintain traceability of stock at all times.
  • Carry out any additional duties required by business needs, even if they are outside the listed responsibilities.
  • Ensure incidents are escalated on time and work areas remain accident-free.
