Inventory Planner

Overview

This is a part-time position offering up to 25 hours weekly and extending through the end of the year. The role focuses on demand and inventory planning to support business operations by ensuring precise forecasting, managing purchase orders effectively, and facilitating seamless coordination among sourcing and sales departments.

Key Duties

• Aggregate and update demand forecasts accurately and punctually.
• Generate, oversee, and manage purchase orders using SAP software.
• Liaise with sourcing offices and suppliers to guarantee prompt purchase order processing and product delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams to aid in meeting customer demand, ensuring forecast fulfillment and efficient order completion.

Required Skills and Experience

• Background in supply chain functions such as supply planning, demand planning, inventory oversight, procurement, or order administration.
• Proficient in creating and administering purchase orders within the SAP environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
