Role Overview

This full-time position is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, requiring on-site presence. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the airline's IT and network infrastructure. Core duties include network administration, diagnosing and resolving technical issues swiftly to prevent downtime, maintaining network security, and delivering top-level customer service to ensure smooth operational workflows. The role demands close coordination with team members and adherence to the company’s high operational standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in network administration and IT systems management
• Proficient in troubleshooting to minimize service interruptions and optimize system performance
• Knowledgeable in implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect against unauthorized access
• Excellent customer service abilities to cater to both internal teams and external clients
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working effectively in a diverse, fast-moving professional environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline; certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are considered beneficial
