Job Overview
Our company seeks a dedicated IT Service Desk Engineer to deliver accessible, timely, and high-quality support to resolve user issues efficiently and professionally. The role involves managing incoming service requests through calls, voicemail, email, and fax while aiming to provide prompt and accurate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems, LAN, centralized infrastructure, Wide Area Network (WAN), and voice services.
- Handle incident tracking and manage the resolution process for all trouble tickets, including both first and second-level interventions.
- Coordinate user account administration tasks such as activation, modifications, and termination of employee accounts.
- Respond promptly to all IT service request calls and queries from users via various communication channels.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Nitec in any discipline with at least a Diploma (D3) preferred.
- Have at least three months of practical IT technical support experience or call center exposure.
- Strong communication abilities paired with excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory account management, Microsoft Outlook, and support for mobile devices.
- Experience requirement: Less than one year or fresh graduates eligible.
