Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Prompt Engineer to join our expanding team. This fully remote role involves supporting senior analysts by creating and refining prompts for large language models to analyze and audit complex datasets and financial structures. You will alternate between designing prompts to extract specific insights and critically evaluating colleagues' prompts to identify inconsistencies or flaws. Comprehensive documentation of all prompt logic, ensuring rigorous and evidence-based automated analyses, is a key responsibility.

Qualifications and Desired Profile

This entry-level position values intellectual integrity and strong communication skills over extensive professional experience. Useful backgrounds include linguistics, philosophy, or fundamental data analysis. Candidates should be curious about how prompts are interpreted by models and committed to iterative refinement for precision. Proficiency in English and foundational logical reasoning are essential.
