Position Overview

We are looking for an adept Knowledge Manager to spearhead our company-wide knowledge management strategy, governance, and information dissemination efforts. This role involves devising structured knowledge frameworks, handling enterprise repositories, driving collaborative initiatives, and ensuring vital organizational knowledge is systematically captured, maintained, and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute enterprise knowledge management strategies that align with corporate goals.
Develop governance frameworks including taxonomy, metadata standards, and content lifecycle management.
Administer knowledge repositories, document management tools, and collaboration platforms.
Capture, organize, maintain, and disseminate organizational knowledge and best practices efficiently.
Work closely with business units to identify knowledge gaps and enhance information accessibility.
Create and nurture knowledge-sharing programs, communities of practice, and employee collaboration initiatives.
Track and analyze KPIs related to content quality, usage, adoption, search effectiveness, and user engagement.
Lead content audits, knowledge lifecycle procedures, and enforce information governance standards.
Support employee onboarding, training, and continuous learning through curated knowledge resources.
Ensure adherence to information security policies, records management protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare executive-level dashboards, performance reports, and offer strategic knowledge management recommendations.
Continuously improve operations using AI-driven knowledge management, automation tools, and digital workplace solutions.

Candidate Profile

A bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or related fields.
5 to 10 or more years of progressive experience in knowledge management, content management, document management, or organizational learning domains.
Demonstrable track record implementing enterprise knowledge management programs successfully.
Deep understanding of taxonomy design, content governance, document lifecycle, and collaboration technology platforms.
Excellent communications, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational talents.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Capable of working autonomously within a fully remote work setup.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a mindset for process enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), ITIL, PMP or equivalents.
Experience across sectors such as technology, consulting, finance, healthcare, government, education, or multinational corporations.
Familiarity with enterprise search tools, AI-powered knowledge platforms, digital workplace technologies, and records management.
Experience with knowledge and collaboration platforms like Microsoft SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft Viva, ServiceNow Knowledge.
Proven leadership in managing global knowledge management and digital workplace projects.
Fluent English language proficiency is mandatory.
