Job Location and Schedule

Position based in Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai, working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with Fridays off.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming raw materials by checking delivery challans against purchase orders.
• Coordinate with security personnel to facilitate smooth and secure vehicle entry and movement within the premises.
• Monitor daily dispatch schedules and liaise with contracted transport providers to ensure timely arrival of trucks and tempos at the plant.
• Supervise loading of finished goods, ensuring trucks are properly sealed and tarped before departure.
• Generate accurate e-way bills, tax invoices, and packing lists utilizing the ERP system.
• Prepare and send daily dispatch reports comparing target shipments versus actual to management.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proficient in ERP software for documentation purposes including invoicing and e-way bill generation.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities for vendor and logistics management.
• Comprehensive understanding of dispatch operations, including verification of loads and ensuring safety compliance during truck loading.
• Competence in reporting and maintaining accurate daily dispatch records and inventory monitoring.

Additional Information

Applicants should be graduates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The salary offered is INR 25,000 per month.
