Multi Skilled Technician

Overview

We are seeking experienced Multi Skilled Technicians for a reputable company in Saudi Arabia. This role involves maintenance and repair duties in civil works and general facility management within luxury hotels or upscale residential compounds. The position requires a diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields and candidates must have relevant Gulf experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform balanced maintenance activities covering civil tasks, door servicing, finishes, and general repairs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Civil Engineering specialization or similar.
• Five to eight years of professional experience, including prior Gulf region work.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Experience working in luxury hotel environments or high-end residential compounds.
• Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, electrical wiring competencies.
• Knowledge of hydraulic system repairs, PLC programming, and diagnostic testing.
• Professional appearance and demeanor must be maintained; recent personal photograph required with application.

Terms and Conditions

• Employment contract for two years.
• Working schedule consists of 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Overtime and other benefits will be provided in accordance with local labor laws.
• Accommodation and transportation will be arranged and covered by the employer.
